Reporting to the Technology Manager, the Systems Administrator will lead the administration of Splash’s Salesforce CRM system and support our SQL based Snowflake data warehouse and associated ETL tools such as Alteryx. S/he will lead the configuration and maintenance of our Salesforce NPSP instance as well as all associated processes and documentation. S/he will manage, extract, and publish data sets and build and update reports and processes for our SQL based Snowflake data warehouse technology stack. S/he will also own Alteryx Designer as well as Alteryx Scheduler and the associated flows. The Systems Administrator will work across departments from design to implementation and support Splash’s efforts to improve the way we store, structure, access and use data.

You have a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least two years of directly relevant work experience including at least one year of experience administering a Salesforce instance. Some experience in SQL development and database design experience are preferred. Experience with cloud-based data warehouse technology like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, MS SQL DW or other similar technology is required. You should have a basic understanding of ER or dimensional data modeling, ETL experience in Alteryx or similar platform. You take pride in your keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills and have a desire to translate complex technology or database concepts to individuals at all levels of the organization.
