Five years ago, you helped prove that big change is possible. Together, we showed that with clean water, safe toilets, and hygiene education, entire school systems – and cities – can transform.

Through Project WISE, your support brought health and dignity to nearly one million students and teachers. Kids who once missed class for lack of clean water now start each day with safe drinking stations and bright handwashing areas that keep them healthy and confident. And city governments took notice. Because of you, we have proof that this model works. Now, we’re ready for what’s next.

Project WISE Phase II will reach 1.5 children by 2030, partnering with local organizations and governments across East and South Africa. This next phase is about handing over the keys – equipping local leaders to design, manage, and sustain programs themselves.

We’re moving from doing the work to sharing the playbook. Phase II isn’t about growing Splash. It’s about growing a movement. These are not handoffs – they’re handshakes. Each partnership begins with shared vision, shared funding, and shared leadership.

You’ve already seen the power of this model in action. Kids like Habiba are proof of what happens when children become leaders in their own communities. Now imagine that same story multiplied across hundreds of cities – children becoming changemakers, communities taking pride in clean, dignified schools, and governments investing in every student’s health.

By 2030, together, we will have built a model where every child, no matter where they live, can drink safely, practice hygiene with confidence, and learn without fear of illness or stigma. This is the future you’ve made possible – hopeful, joyful, and within reach. And it’s already flowing.
