Core Values
We shift, we grow, we stumble, we pivot and we continually refine our work and scope—yet amidst the ever-moving landscape of international development, there are core values that act as constants for Splash.
People
People first. People second. People third.
Quality
Beautiful products that function and last.
Honesty
No drama, no surprises, no BS.
Joy
Kids at heart, seeing potential everywhere.
Mistakes
Make them, don’t repeat them.
Meet the Team
The Splash Team is international. We hire fun folks who continually impress us with their smarts, ingenuity and tenacity. We're collegial. We're rigorous. We work hard, play hard, and dream big. Really, really big.
