Interviewing with Splash
What to Expect Along the Way
Our goal throughout the course of recruitment is for applicants to experience a user-friendly application process, stay informed thereafter, and most importantly, for us to connect talented individuals passionate about our mission to career opportunities with Splash.
Step 1
After submitting your application with Splash via our career website, your information will be shared with our talent team through our applicant tracking system.
Step 2
If your application aligns with any of our openings, a team member will be in touch to schedule an initial phone/video screen. Our phone/video screen is centered around finding individuals who are connected to our core values and will bring new perspectives and skillsets that can help us advance our mission.
Step 3
After screening, candidates who still appear to be a great potential add to our team will move onto interview with the hiring manager and interview team. Interviews typically center around measuring a candidate’s ability to meet the competencies of the position as well as discussion related to potential hypothetical scenarios that may be encountered in the role.
Step 4
If selected, a team member will be in touch to make an offer. From there, we begin on onboarding process, and we welcome you as our next amazing team member at Splash!
